Where Our Members Have

Been

A private collective for thoughtful creators, founders, storytellers, artists and builders.

Our members come from across media, culture, education, technology, and creative leadership — before choosing paths that are more aligned, intentional, and distinctly their own.

Experience shapes perspective, but these aren't destinations — they are chapters. What matters most is where people are headed next.

India Witkin

India is a multimedia writer, producer, and content creator whose work explores identity, transition, and the courage it takes to choose an aligned path — even when it’s uncertain.

After an eight-month solo sabbatical across Asia — including yoga teacher training in France — India returned to New York with a renewed sense of direction, transforming the

in-between into a creative advantage rather than something to escape.

Her work spans audio, digital, and film, with documentary storytelling at its core. She has produced non-fiction series and original projects for platforms including TIME, The Atlantic, and Sony Music Podcasts — creating emotionally resonant stories grounded in lived experience.

Through her writing, visual storytelling, and Substack Searching for a Sign(al), India explores what it means to leave paths that no longer fit, trust one’s inner compass, and build a life that feels intentional and deeply one’s own. Her work resonates with people navigating transition — those ready to step beyond inherited expectations and into clarity.

Sydney Grayce

Sydney Grayce is a writer, community builder, and diversity advocate whose work explores identity, cross-cultural connection, and building a life rooted in intention, culture, and wellness.

Known for her joyful energy and love of bringing people together, Sydney believes that when people are surrounded by love, encouragement, and support, the world becomes a better place. Her passion for diversity advocacy and global understanding sits at the heart of her purpose and the community she hopes to build.

Her journey toward creating her platform began during her junior year of college, when a conversation with a close friend shifted her perspective on purpose. Instead of searching for a predefined career path, she realized she might be called to pioneer something that doesn’t yet exist.

Through her writing and reflections, Sydney explores the realities of navigating life in her twenties and encourages others to live boldly and design lives that honor both ambition and soul.
