How Membership Begins
Global Dream Team is intentionally curated.
Prospective members begin by submitting a short application to share more about the work they are building and what they are looking for in a community.
If the vision feels aligned, applicants are invited to participate in a Vision Clarity Session — a private 1:1 conversation with Ysabel.
During this conversation we explore your current direction, the vision you are building, and whether the Collective may be a meaningful fit.
If there is strong mutual alignment, participants may be invited to join the Collective.

Vision Clarity Session
Prospective members begin with a private Vision Clarity Session — a 1:1 conversation with Ysabel designed to explore the vision you are building and whether the Collective may be a meaningful fit.
This session is designed to:
• Clarify the vision you are building
• Reflect on your current direction
• Identify opportunities and next steps
• Explore whether the Collective feels aligned
Many participants find the session valuable on its own — gaining clarity and perspective on the next chapter of their work.
Investment: $500
If it feels like a strong mutual fit, participants may be invited to join the Collective.
If you are invited to join the Collective, the session fee will be applied toward your membership.
Inside the Collective
Membership includes access to a rhythm of conversations, gatherings, and collaborative work designed to support your long-term vision.
Members participate in:
• Session 2: Alignment & Roadmap (New Member Onboarding)
Translate your vision into clear priorities and next steps, and explore how you want to contribute and engage within the Collective.
Monthly Vision Calls
Thoughtful conversations designed to help members zoom out from short-term noise and reconnect with the larger vision they are building.
Monthly Workshops
Skill-building sessions exploring topics such as business, creative strategy, entrepreneurship, and building meaningful work. Workshops may be led by Ysabel or guest experts.
Builder Sessions
Collaborative working sessions where members share ideas, ask for feedback, and make progress alongside others building meaningful work.
Community Dialogue
A space for thoughtful discussion, creative feedback, and ongoing support from people who genuinely care about what you are building.
Future Gatherings
Access to curated travel experiences and in-person gatherings designed to deepen relationships within the community.
Collective Membership
Membership provides ongoing access to the Global Dream Team community, conversations, and gatherings throughout the year.
Members often describe the Collective as a place that helps them stay grounded in their vision while building alongside thoughtful peers.
Annual Membership
Membership includes:
• access to all monthly conversations and workshops
• onboarding strategy session with Ysabel
• community dialogue and builder sessions
• invitations to curated travel gatherings and experiences
$3,500 per year
or 3 payments of $1,250
Founding Member Pricing
Early members of the Collective are joining during the founding chapter of Global Dream Team.
As the community grows, future membership pricing will increase.
