WHAT THIS IS
A few years ago, I invited a small group of people to join me on a road trip through Norway.
Together, we explored mountain roads, stood before fjords, shared meals, had long conversations, and experienced moments of awe that stayed with us long after the trip ended.
Somewhere along the way, something shifted.
Away from the noise of everyday life, the constant urgency disappeared long enough for me to hear my own thoughts again.
I found myself thinking differently.
Differently about my work.
Differently about what I wanted.
Differently about the life I was trying to build.
I returned home with greater clarity about what mattered, the kind of people I wanted in my life, and the work I felt called to create.
Not long after returning home, I began envisioning what would eventually become the experiences and community at the heart of Global Dream Team today.
That experience changed the way I think about the environments we place ourselves in, the people we surround ourselves with, and the impact those things can have on the direction of our lives.
Switzerland was inspired by that realization.
This isn't a vacation.
And it isn't a traditional retreat.

THE DETAILS
Guests should plan to fly into Zurich Airport (ZRH), which offers the most convenient access to the Swiss Alps. From Zurich, Mürren is approximately 3.5-4 hours by train and cable car through some of Switzerland's most beautiful scenery.
Switzerland's world-class train system will be our primary mode of transportation throughout the week.
Detailed travel guidance and coordination will be provided upon acceptance.
